At 9:11 p.m., the latest forecast from the National Weather Service says thunderstorm are likely here after 2 a.m. — with the hourly weather graph indicating they are almost certain by 4 a.m.
That said, lightning is already flashing in Paddock Lake.
A 70 percent chance of thunderstorms continues through Saturday.
