Town of Salem Fire and Rescue and Kenosha Sheriff’s Department were dispatched a little after 9 pm for a car on the railroad tracks. Their request to have all trains stopped was unsuccessful and a long freight train hit the car. No one was in the car at that time. The engine came to a stop by Horn Trevor Feed. One of the occupants of the car was transported to the hospital.
