Per dispatch: Crash appears to involve a semi and another vehicle. The other vehicle may be rolled over in the ditch.

UPDATE 2:26 p.m. — Deputy on scene reports only one vehicle involved. Confirms no serious injuries.
UPDATE 2:27 p.m. — Deputy on scene says traffic can get by, so road will not be blocked until vehicle is removed.
UPDATE 2:32 p.m. — Deputy requests tow for vehicle, which he describes as an ice cream truck.
