A Randall man was arrested Monday on drug charges after the execution of a search warrant by the Kenosha Drug Operations Group and a Kenosha County K9 deputy sheriff.

From a statement released by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department (suspect’s name has been removed until charging in Circuit Court):

On May 12, 2014, at 1012 hours, members of KDOG (Kenosha Drug Operations Group) and a Kenosha County K9 Deputy Sheriff executed a search warrant at (a) residence located in the 33500 block of 116th Street in the Town of Randall. KDOG’s search warrant uncovered a sophisticated in-door marijuana grow operation. (A suspect) was transported to the Kenosha Sheriff’s Detective Bureau. KDOG Detectives interviewed (the suspect), and later escorted him to the Kenosha County Pretrial Facility Jail pending court. KDOG’s search warrant yielded 16,589.78 grams of Marijuana street valued at $145,000 dollars, 45 mature marijuana plants street valued at $45,000 ($1,000 per plant), 0.74 grams of Cocaine Powder, and $3,919 ($2,710 KDOG buy money from 3 prior controlled drug buys). All drug related paraphernalia, contraband, and a Remington 22 cal Model 12 were placed in evidence. On May 15, 2014, KDOG submitted three felonies charges and one misdemeanor charge to the Kenosha District Attorney’s Office related to the search warrant: · Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana 961.41(1m) (h) 5- Enhancer more than 10k grams · Manufacturing Marijuana WI SS #961.41(1) (h) 3 – Enhancer More than 20 plants · Possession of Cocaine 961.41(3g) (c) · One misdemeanor of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
