Trapshooting results Wilmot vs. Central

The first-place Varsity Wilmot trapshooting team improved to 5-1 in the South Division with a 124-116 victory over Central on April 21 in the Southeast Wisconsin High School Trapshooting Conference.

The varsity Wilmot Panthers were just one target shy of a perfect score as Monica Dale, Brooke Galuszka, Zach Heiselmann and Aaron Kerkman were all clean; John Zeitler completed the top 5 with a 24.

For Central varsity, top shooters were: Alex Gray, 24; Megan Barton, 23; Nathan Miller, 23; Tyler Perona, 23; Nicholas Leopoldt, 23.

Wilmot varsity is atop the standings with a 5-1 record. Central is third at 4-2.

Central junior varsity prevailed, edging Wilmot by 1 bird 115-114.

Top 5 shooters for Central were: Paul Halladay, 25; Tommy Mcclain, 24; Dustin Hucker, 23; Nick Jackley, 22; Brandon Sites 21.

 

Top 5 performances for Wilmot junior varsity were: Justin Jacobazzi, 24; Ben Epping, 23; Matt Kauffman, 23; Colin Olsen 23; and Dominic Woehlinh,21.

Wilmot junior varsity and Central junior varsity are in a three-way tie with Burlington for first place in the standings, all at 4-2
