Units responding for fire in Paris

At about 9:13 a.m., Paris Fire and Rescue, Bristol Fire and Rescue and Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a fire in the 900 block of 172nd Avenue in Paris.

Per dispatch: Fire is in an apartment barn. People at the scene are trying to put it out with water. No one is in the barn.

UPDATE 9:18 a.m. — Dispatch says a caller at the scene reports that fire was in a sewing machine and is believed to be out now.
