The National Weather Service’s wind chill warning remains in effect until noon today.
Not much has changed about the forecast. At 7:53 a.m., the temperature at Kenosha Regional Airport was -13 with a wind chills of -36. That’s about the same as all day yesterday. However, today is supposed to get up to 3 for a high. Wind chills will still be -25 or colder, however.
Wednesday will be a little warmer, with a high of 9 and wind chill in the -5 to -15 range, thanks to lighter wind.
Thursday the real warm-up begins. The forecast calls for a high of 23. Friday and Saturday should see temperatures in the 30s, but also a 50 percent chance of snow or even rain.
