Units responding for crash in Paris

At about 8:58 p.m., Paris Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a crash in the 13000 block of Highway 142 in Paris.

Per dispatch: Vehicle involved is past the ditch line on the north side of the road. Car is laying on the driver’s side. Person inside is moving, but unable to get out.

UPDATE 9:02 p.m. — Deputy on scene reports that driver has gotten out of car.

UPDATE 9:03 p.m. — Deputy reports driver is conscious and breathing.

UPDATE 9:04 p.m. — Deputy requests tow for vehicle, which he confirms is on its side.

UPDATE 9:39 p.m. — Ambulance returning to quarters with no patient transport.

    We were driving past here must’ve been right after the accident because police were just arriving. We are sending prayers to all involved. This was a terrible scene. God Bless!
