Caregiver workshop to explore relationship changes and dementia

The Alzheimer’s Association’s Bristol Caregiver Support Group along with Kenosha County Aging & Disability Resource Center and Right At Home are hosting a free and informative workshop titled, “Relationship Changes & Dementia” on Nov. 18. This workshop is for family/friend caregivers who are caring for a loved one with a memory loss. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information to help caregivers understand and cope with the changes of relationship roles when caring for someone with dementia. Denise Jurecki, Social Services Director at Holton Manor in Elkhorn, will present this workshop.

The workshop will be held at the Westosha Community Center, 19200 93rd St (Highway C) in Bristol, on Monday, Nov. 18 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Limited seating is available and pre-registration is required. To register, please call Kathy Ford by Nov. 15, at 262-605-6646, or 1-800-472-8008.
