Units responding for fire at horse facility in Bristol

At 11:48 a.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue, Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue, Antioch Fire Department and Newport Fire Department units along with sheriff’s deputies are responding for a report of a fire at a horse facility in the 19000 block of 128th Avenue in Bristol.

Per dispatch: People at the scene saw some flames in a wall but were able to extinguish them.

UPDATE 11:52 a.m. — Dispatch reports that flames were in a residence on the property.

UPDATE 12:05 p.m. — Bristol command has Newport units stand and down and return to quarters. Other mutual aid units are staging at the entrance.

UPDATE 12:07 p.m. — Deputy reports to dispatch “no active fire.”
