Wheatland town Clerk Sheila Siegler released the following info today regarding appraisals, open book and Board of Review there:
Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc., Appleton, are completing a revaluation of the real estate property in Wheatland. The 2013 Assessment Notices are expected to be mailed the fourth week of September with your new assessment and will have the following meeting dates. Open Book is scheduled for Wednesday, October 9 – 11 am – 7 pm. Saturday, October 12 – 9 am – Noon is scheduled for those not able to attend during the Wednesday, 11 – 7 hours. Board of Review date is Friday, October 25 – 10 am – Noon.
