Dan Spoerlein’s steer Chuck “the Hooch” Taylor was named grand champion at the State Fair this week.
The steer fetched $30,000 at last night’s auction.
Steers shown by Spoerlien, of Brighton, were named both champion and reserve champion at last year’s Kenosha County Fair.
