The following paragraph is a summary of camp from varsity Wilmot Union High School Panthers Constance Carlson:
The Wilmot High School varsity cheerleading team recently attended an NCA cheer camp at UW-Whitewater. Our team learned new skills and perfected old ones. We learned new cheers, stunts, dances and pyramids. This camp definitely benefited our team. We worked so hard for a countless number of hours but we gained many things, such as spirit, determination and positivity. As a team we set goals to work for throughout the season. We plan to work hard and use our newly learned skills to our advantage. We also got to see the junior varsity team learn new things at this camp and we were so happy that we got to camp with them and see them grow. All the members of the team had so much fun and are ready for a winning season.
