At about 9:51 a.m., Paris Fire and Rescue units are responding to a the southbound lanes of I-94 at about the 339 mile marker for a person having a medical problem.
UPDATE 9:54 a.m. — Dispatch says the scene is actually in the northbound lanes and that State Patrol is on the scene. Patient is a truck driver that may be having a diabetic problem. Truck is at the end of a construction zone. Somers Fire and Rescue also being dispatched now that the scene is in the northbound lanes.
