The Western Kenosha County Youth Football Program, also known as the Bulldogs, offers tackle football and cheerleading to all youth, boys and girls that reside in Western Kenosha County.

The Bulldogs will be hosting their final live registration on Wednesday, May 8 at Riverview Grade School from 6 to 8 pm. Riverview Grade School, 300 Prosser St. in Silver Lake. Registration fees are $300 for football and $200 for cheerleading, with half due at the time of enrollment. Raffle tickets to sell to offset the cost of registration fees will be available. This will also be the last registration where the early season pricing is in effect. After May 8th, registration fees increase by $50 per participant. The reason for this increase is jerseys and equipment bulk orders will have been placed; additional orders will cost us a premium.

Bulldogs are an all-volunteer, non-for-profit, organization which strives to provide a quality experience for all boys and girls. The Bulldog program is home to over 400 boys and girls ages 6-14 from the Kenosha County area.  It is the mission of the W.K.C.Y.F. Bulldogs to provide for the youth an opportunity to help them develop desirable physical skills and to mature both emotionally and socially. The W.K.C.Y.F. coaches try to encourage and develop high standards that will last a lifetime.

The Bulldog tackle football program is for boys and girls age 6-14 and are currently comprised of multiple levels of play that all compete in the The Chicagoland Youth Football League. There are three divisions the Bulldogs participate in: Big-10,Pac-10 and Mac-10. The Big-10 and Pac-10 are comprised of 5 levels of play Bantam (ages 6-8), Featherweight (ages 8-10), Middleweight (ages 11-12), Lightweight (ages 12-14) and Heavyweight (ages 12-14). There are specific age and weight parameters for each division. Players are divided by not only age and weight, but skill level as well.

The Bulldog cheerleading program is for girls ages 6-14 (eighth grade). The cheer teams are divided by age and skill level and currently cheer for the Big-10 teams for the tackle program; there is travel involved as the squads cheer for both home and away games. Games can be held on either Saturday or Sunday. Cheerleaders are required to participate in games from the beginning of the season (8/31 & 9/1) through the Super Bowl (November 16th/17th) should any of the teams advance to the Championship games.
