The public is invited to attend the Paddock Lake Arbor Day Celebration at Village Hall, 6969 236th Ave. The activities will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 27, with a tree planting ceremony and refreshments to follow.
Paddock Lake, Wisconsin was named a 2012 Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation in honor of its commitment to effective urban forest management. This is the 14th year Paddock Lake has earned the national designation.
The Tree City USA program is sponsored by the Arbor Day Foundation, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service and the Nation Association of State Foresters.
