Darren, I know it’s a little late to comment here but I drove past this property on Saturday morning before the call and noticed all the debris that had blown into this man’s property. I drove past it again this morning (Monday) and realized this property was the one you posted here. My comment: Some people should not have cell phones. A man burning off about an acre of grass and authorities being called in because of a drive by call (all too often) gets to me. I would not classify this as an “uncontrolled burn” and apparently the authorities did neither. The property looks great now and will green up beautifully this season. Please use common sense before you (anyone) call the Fire Department.
