At 10:38 p.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue units are responding to a report of a gas smell in the area of the 5600 block of 392nd Avenue in Wheatland.
UPDATE 10:46 p.m. — Deputy in the area says he smells the odor as well. Personnel are investigating.
UPDATE 11:02 p.m. — Dispatch says smell is from propane, but source is still unknown.
UPDATE 11:19 p.m. — Wheatland FD units returning to quarters.
