Today’s National Weather Service forecast calls for snow today, mainly after 1 p.m.

However, it doesn’t call for a lot of snow — less than a half of an inch accumulation is expected.

A diminishing chance of snow continues in the forecast for tonight through Monday night.

Better news lies in looking later in the week. At this point, temperatures are forecast to slowly climb up into the 40s by Wednesday and even flirting with 50 by Saturday.

UPDATE 1:10 p.m. — Some light flurries starting in Paddock Lake.

UPDATE about 6:30 p.m. — Snowing again, a little harder now.
