Stephanie Billon of Salem and her boyfriend Timothy Hohl were located in Chicago this morning by Kenosha County Sheriff’s detectives assisted by Chicago Police Officers, Sgt. Bill Beth, Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department spokesman said this afternoon. Billon is safe and unharmed.
Thursday, the Sheriff’s Department issued a missing person bulletin for Billon, whose family had been unable to contact her for a week.
