At 7:08 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue units are responding to a report of a person having difficulty breathing at Old Settlers County Park in Paddock Lake.
UPDATE 7:09 p.m. — Patient in a woman in a van on the south side of Highway 50. She may be having an asthma attack and is without an inhaler.
UPDATE 7:26 p.m. — One unit is preparing to transport to patient to a local hospital.
