The Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave., Bristol will host a pair of programs this weekend:
- Pringle will be having a Vernal Equinox Night Hike on Friday, March 22, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Get rid of the winter blues and welcome spring. Participants will search for the early spring risers that live in the park as well as how different cultures welcomed the longer days and warmer weather. Please leave your flashlights at home as they distract from the experience. Pre-registration is required! General Public: $5.
- Pringle will be having an Ephemeral Pond Tour on Saturday, March 23, 1 p.m. Come to learn about what ephemeral’s are, why they’re important and unique, and how you can become a Citizen Scientist with the Wisconsin Ephemeral Pond Project. Ages 18+; please pre-register. Free
