At 7:54 a.m., a Twin Lakes Police officer is heading to Main Street to control traffic in the area of the apartment building construction.
Dispatch said construction activity there is spilling into the street some and the contractor requested assistance.
UPDATE 8:22 a.m. — Public works will be setting up barricades so officers can return to patrol.
UPDATE 8:43 a.m. — Eastbound Main Street traffic being diverted to Burden. Burden traffic only able to turn west.
