Deputies responding to crash on Highway 50 Wheatland

At 7:29 a.m., deputies and the Wheatland constable are responding to a report of a crash at Highway 50 and Highway W south in Wheatland.

No injuries are being reported at this time, but the scene is blocking traffic.

UPDATE 7:31 a.m. — Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue now being dispatched as there may be injuries.

UPDATE 7:35 a.m. — Constable reporting that crash involves a car and a truck. Both will need tows. One patient reporting a hand injury.
