At about 3 p.m., we measured about another 1.5 inches of snowfall at westofthei.com headquarters in Paddock Lake. That’s a total of 3.5 inches since the snowfall began.
The snow wasn’t easy shoveling, but it was not nearly as heavy as last week’s variety.
The forecast has not changed much — 4 to 6 inches today and another 1 to 2 inches tonight.
The latest crash numbers from the Sheriff’s Department are showing more crashes. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the sheriff’s department is reporting:
- 9 cars in ditch.
- 2 personal injury crashes.
That’s a total of 14 incidents today (including earlier reports).
The winter storm warning is still in effect until midnight.
