It sure looked like the snow was falling steadily all day, but we measured only about another inch from 5:30 a.m. to about 3:15 p.m. at westofthei.com headquarters in Paddock Lake. It was kind of warm; maybe some of it melted. That would be a total of 8.75 measured by us since 12:30 p.m., Tuesday.
Snow is still falling out there and may continue to tonight. The National Weather Service forecast says we could see another inch on the ground.
Tomorrow, there’s a 50 percent chance of scattered snow showers, mainly before 3 p.m.
Then we should be through with snow for a while — at least through Wednesday, the current forecast says. Temperatures should be in the high 20s and 30s through that period.
