The 2013 Special Olympics Wisconsin Regional Basketball Tournament will took place Sunday at Wilmot Union High School.
Thirty teams from throughout Southeast Wisconsin competed. Simultaneous games took place in the fieldhouse as well as the Maki Gym.
The event is a Western Kenosha County Special Olympics Fund Raiser. There was a concession stand for breakfast and lunch along with a door prize raffle and bake sale items.

I didn’t know this was going on! We would have went and cheered for everyone. I loved volunteering with the Special Olympics when I lived in southern Illinois.
