Locals among UW-Whitewater winter graduates

Students received degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater during the winter commencement celebration on Dec. 15, including the following local students:

  • Kristy Orzech, from Bristol, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in art.
  • Jeffrey Weber, from Trevor, who graduated with a master’s degree in business administration.
  • Ray Slattery, from Twin Lakes, who graduated with a master’s degree in business and marketing education.
  • Ashley Pfeiffer, from Salem, who graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
  • Stephanie Dault, from Salem, Wis., who graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English.
  • Nicole Hughen, from Salem, who graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English.
  • Antoinette Daniels, from Salem, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history.
  • Krista Berge, from Twin Lakes, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies.
  • Danielle Barhyte, from Trevor, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Eric Ritthaler, from Trevor, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public policy and administration.
  • Kimberly Gall, from Twin Lakes, who graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
  • Julia Boarini, from Salem, who graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in theatre.
  • Tawnie Thompson, from Trevor, who graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in theatre.

The registrar’s office lists 760 December graduates from UW-Whitewater’s four colleges and the School of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education. That reflects 234 graduates from the College of Letters and Sciences, 177 from the College of Business and Economics, 151 from the College of Education and Professional Studies, 93 from the College of Arts and Communication and 105 receiving master’s degrees
