My name is Doris Bailey, I went before Commissioner Dowse, I just got the feeling he is such a nice and just person. I was so nervous before speaking to him, since I needed to ask for more time to complete the registration problems I have. I became totally calm once he began to speak, and more importantly listened. He reminds me of Tom Seleck, that portrays a commissioner on the show Blue Bloods. And what I mean by that is they both seem to have a geniune concern for people, do not find that very often these days. Well I just really wanted to say thanks.
