Central High School is looking for applicants to fill a Paris seat on the School board.
The vacancy was created by the Jan. 1 death of board member Henry Billingsley.
Candidates must live in the Paris School District. Those interested in filling the seat are asked to submit a letter of interest to:
- Mrs. Kim Hole — Administrative Assistant, Central High School Board of Education, 24617 75th St., PO Box 38, Salem WI 53168.
The deadline for submission of a letter of interest is Monday, Feb. 11. The board will interview candidates and make a selection following those interviews.
The person elected will serve through April 2014, the remainder of Billingsley’s term.

“Central High School was saddened by the recent sudden death of a dedicated school board member, Mr. Henry Billingsley,” a press release from the school said.
