At 11:30 a.m., Silver Lake Fire Department and Silver Lake Rescue units are responding to a report of a possible vehicle fire at the intersections of Highways AH and B in Silver Lake.
A village police officer is out with the vehicle and reports that the car is smoking.
UPDATE 11:34 a.m. — First fire unit on scene reports no flames seen, but there is light smoke.
UPDATE 11:47 a.m. — SLFD engine is clearing the scene and returning to quarters.
