Wind chills to dip below zero Monday-Tuesday night

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the area calling for temperatures in the single digits and wind chills between 10 and 15 degrees below zero tonight and tomorrow.

The longer range forecast calls for temps to get warmer after Wednesday with a high back in the upper 30s by Monday.
