At about 3 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of a gas main break at I-94 and Highway 50 in Kenosha.
A crew working on drainage may have struck a gas line. The crew may be directly under the I-94 overpass.
UPDATE 3:08 p.m. — We Energies also responding. Fire units and scene and investigating.
UPDATE 3:11 p.m. — Two Bristol Fire and Rescue units responding to a report of a gas smell outside a nearby furniture store on the west side of I-94.
UPDATE 3:13 p.m. — West Frontage Road being shutdown at Highway 50.
UPDATE 3:15 p.m. — Firefighters preparing to begin moving people out of furniture store.
UPDATE 3:18 p.m. — Car dealership to the north of furniture also being evacuated.
UPDATE 3:24 p.m. — I-94 southbound on-ramp at Highway 50 being closed by deputy.

UPDATE 4:04 p.m. — Kenosha FD units clearing the scene. Southbound on-ramp being opened back up.
UPDATE 4:13 p.m. — West Frontage Road being reopened.
UPDATE 4:15 p.m. — Bristol FD units clearing the scene and returning to quarters.
