Chili Cook-Off to benefit Bristol Grade School PTA is Dec. 16

The 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off to benefit Bristol Grade School PTA will take place at 75 th Street Inn on Sunday, Dec. 16 during the Packers vs. Bears Game (Note: Organizers changed the date that was earlier published — DH).

Come taste chili during the game; judging will be at half-time. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.

Cost to enter your best chili is $10. There will be a Judges’ Favorite winner and a People’s Choice winner. Both winners will have their chili recipe featured on the menu at 75th Street Inn for one month along with lots of other great prizes.

While the adults watch football, there will be face painting for the kids.

Included with your donation is the chili tasting, face painting, football on the big screen, and one complimentary beer or soda. There will also be lots of drink specials featured. Donation amount is up to each individual.

Proceeds from this event will go to Bristol Grade School PTA in order to help off-set costs of class field trips for the kids, travel costs for the band to attend a competition, and the other many wonderful things the PTA does to benefit the kids at Bristol Grade School.

To enter your chili, please contact Imagine Kenosha Learning Center at 857-3114 between 7 am and 6 pm on Monday through Friday. Registrations are accepted through Friday, Nov. 16.
