At 9:22 a.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue units are responding to a report of a strong smell of gas in the 34400 block of Geneva Road in New Munster.
The smell is inside a building, dispatch said.
UPDATE 9:35 a.m. — We Energies response being requested.
