Randall’s officials trick or treat hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Evening hours have been the norm in recent years in Randall and typically most other area municipalities in the area that set hours use these same hours.
So far, Salem and Silver Lake have designated the same hours.
