Fire and police departments from throughout Kenosha County participated in the annual Kenosha County Safety Fair Saturday.
The free event was held at the Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club stores in Somers.
Those attending were able to see all kinds of equipment and see several different demonstrations.

I am so glad that these types of events occur.. Not only does it give a child/individual an inside look of what goes on in emergencies/daily events.. But it also gives them an opportunity to explore at a young age, grasp the career and see if they’d like to try something that day. It is utterly amazing what our county does for children and other individuals, its never too early nor too late to start exploring careers and new directions! 🙂
