A 31-year-old Wheatland man was injured in a rollover crash in the Lilly Lake neighborhood Thursday evening.
The man was driving his car eastbound on Lilly Lake Road approaching 73rd Street when he crossed into the westbound lane of Lilly Lake Road, over corrected, struck the ditch on the southside of 73rd Street and spun and rolled over, with the car landing on its roof at the intersection of 331st Avenue and 73rd St, said a Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department accident report.
The driver was transported by ambulance from the scene. He was cited for: Operating under influence of intoxicant or other drug, driving too fast for conditions and driving on the wrong side of the road.
The car was towed from the scene due to severe damage.
