Central Falcons, ranked number 4 in Division 1, hosted their rival Wilmot Panthers Tuesday for a girls volleyball match.

The Falcons came out strong and finished strong in sweeping the Panthers 25-5, 25-15 and 25-6. Wilmot played by far their most spirited game during the match in the second, getting big swings from OH Lindsey Orre, and strong serving from Sarah Vozel and Shannon Johnston. But they could not hold off the strong play on the Falcons of Maria Rasch, Linda Flahive, Danielle Rampart, Megan Ziesmann, and Lauren Hickson. Hickson was quick on defense and Rampart powdered the ball to keep the Panthers off balance.

Central moves to 3-1 in SLC and 6-3 overall while Wilmot falls to 1-2 in conference and overall.
