At 4:14 p.m., sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a car that has driven into a pond at East Frontage Road and Highway E.
Dispatch reports that driver is out of the vehicle and is inside a nearby gas station.
UPDATE 4:18 p.m. — Deputy confirms that no one is inside the vehicle now and that the bottom is submerged.
UPDATE about 4:25 p.m. — Somers Rescue responding to scene to treat driver.
