The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement saying a strong storm will be moving through the area from around 4:15 to 4:30 p.m.
UPDATE 4:25 p.m. — Wind picked up right on schedule in Paddock Lake at about 4:25 p.m. Deputy reported he was removing a branch from 248th Avenue at about 65th Street.
UPDATE 4:38 p.m. — Hard rain coming down now in PL
UPDATE 5:16 p.m. — Still raining some, but strong wind is gone.
