Units responding for mutual aid to Kansasville for plane crash

At 12:10 p.m., multiple units from Western Kenosha County are responding for mutual aid to the Kansasville Fire Department for a report of a plane crash.

Various equipment and personnel from Bristol, Paris and Salem
fire departments are responding.

The crash is in the 24800 block of Kennedy, near Eagle Lake Manor.

UPDATE 12:15 p.m. — Dispatch now reports that staging is at Lakeshore and Kennedy.

UPDATE 12:20 p.m. — Kansasville command striking box and all responding units being told to respond non-emergency.

UPDATE 12:40 p.m. — A Bristol unit is returning to quarters. jsonline is reporting a small plane crashed into a garage.

UPDATE 3:40 p.m. — This journaltimes.com story has some eyewitness accounts, but there is still no word on injuries.

UPDATE 4:35 p.m. — wisn.com has helicopter video of the scene that shows a destroyed garage.
