Units on scene of crash in Bristol

At about 4:25 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are at the scene of a crash at Highway 45 and 86th Street in Bristol.

Salem Fire/Rescue has been dispatched to the scene to lend mutual aid with an ambulance. Bristol already has four units on the scene, dispatch reports.

Deputies have called for three flat-bed tows for the involved vehicles.

UPDATE 4:40 p.m. — One Bristol ambulance is transporting a patient to a local hospital “non-emergency.”

UPDATE 4:41 p.m. — Another Bristol ambulance is transporting a patient to a local hospital “non-emergency.”
