At about 9:07 a.m., Salem Fire/Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in the 27700 block of Highway C (Wilmot Road).
Caller said vehicle is rolled over, dispatch reports.
UPDATE 9:11 p.m. — Fire personnel on scene reports that driver is out of the vehicle, which is in a stand of cat tails along Highway C.
UPDATE 9:15 p.m. — Deputy says SUV is upside in the cat tails.
