Keith and Lisa Thomas were honored with a presentation near the end of the junior fair swine show at the Kenosha County Fair on Wednesday.
The couple have worked with the pork project for 13 years. All members of the project gathered in the show ring to present the plaques to the couple.
Lisa had been announcing the show and tried to continue to do so, but found herself a little choked up with emotion after the awards.
