At about 10:32 p.m. Paris Fire and Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in the 13000 block of Highway 142 in Paris.
Dispatch reports that vehicle has rolled over. Two small children are trapped in the vehicle.
UPDATE 10:39 p.m. — Vehicle is on its side, personnel at the scen reports.
