At 11:21 a.m., Salem Fire/Rescue and a sheriff’s deputy is responding to a report of bicyclist down in the 8600 block of 272nd Avenue in Salem.
Caller reports that a man is lying on top of a bicycle.
UPDATE 11:23 a.m. — Dispatch says man is reportedly up now.
UPDATE 11:27 a.m. — First unit on scene reports that bicyclist is conscious and breathing sitting on the side of the road and smoking a cigarette. Others units slowing their response.
UPDATE 11:33 a.m. — No patient transport. All units clearing the scene.
