At 11:12 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue units from the Salem and Trevor stations are responding to a report of a crash at Highway JF and 83 in Salem.
Two vehicles may have hit head on and traffic is blocked. An off-duty firefighter is accessing injuries and reports that one person may have fled scene on foot.
