I woke up at about 5:45 a.m. in Paddock Lake to a sound that had grown unfamiliar — rain.
The National Weather Service says most of the rain should fall before 10 a.m. and then there will be scattered rain and thunderstorms after that through tonight.
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday’s forecasts will be more familiar — high temperatures from about 96 to 100 and no chance of rain. Temps look to fall some about Wednesday and some low chances of rain show up in the forecast as well.
