At about 8:15 a.m., Randall Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue units responded to a report of a crash on Highway P south of 104th Street.
Scanner transmissions indicated the crash may have involved a county tractor.
The crash was later identified as happening north of 104th Street. An ambulance from the Richmond Fire Department also responded.
